- Nice hotel, prefer over the pricier Maison Orleans. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel provides their own shuttle for JazzFest (it costs but is worth it and you don't need to be a hotel guest). more...

- Considering this is the "club" level for the Ritz, we expected great things. We had previously stayed at the regular Ritz in New Orleans so we expected an amazing experience by staying at the Maison Orleans.
