I discovered A-1 Concrete Work though a seach on the Web. When his listing came up in Citysearch I immediately recognised the name. Over the years I had passed a number of his job sites, So I knew he had been doing business in the area for a long time. So I called him and set up a time for him to see the project We started by discussing the specifics of the project. The project was to pour colored concrete and use a stamped stone finish to create 18'X19' patio with a 20' long sidewalk. This was not an easy project. The placement area had sunk and need to be filled and the concrete needed to be brought in by wheelbarrow. Frank made suggestions on how best to accomplish what my wife, Yvette, and I wanted. We agreed on the price and he started. He surveyed, steaked out, measured for height and contured the property to acheive the proper slope for drainage. He paid attention to details and supervised his team throughout the project. The workman were skilled and professional and kept the job site clean and safe. Frank kept us informed about each step of the process and what work we could expect each day, so there were no suprises. As a result, the final product turned out great. The best thing was seeing the way Frank cared about the project and his desire for it to coming out perfect. I didn't worry because I knew Frank was worrying so I didn't have to. From the first conversation with Frank at A1 Concrete through the completion of the 18'X19' patio and 20' long sidewalk he and his team were professional, courteous and delivered a great finished product which shoows the workmanship. Without question, I would highly recommend A1 Concrete Work and my wife and I will use them again.

I have had concrete work done by A-1 Concrete. The quality of craftmanship was excellent. The owner and his staff were courteous and professional. If you are seeking a quality, permanant concrete job... Contact A-1 Concrete.

I contracted with A1 Concrete to extend my backyard patio. The owner was fair, personable and professional. He did an excellent job of matching the layout to my existing slab, and the results were better than what I hoped for. The A1 crew was polite and professional. He also helped me with clearing out some bamboo that was in the way as well as other plants. I asked a lot of questions and he was patient enough to explain the process, type of concrete to use, reinforcement and every other aspect. Overall a fine job. John Sarradet Gretna, La
