I had a wonderful experience at the Ofadean spa. I arrived in N.O. looking for some relaxation. I didn't have an appointment but was accommadated. The staff was curtious and friendly. They cared about my comfort. Everyone was conversational and professional. I recommend the experience highly.

I called and visited several spas in the French Quarter before deciding on Ofadean Salonspa. My choice turned out to be wise and very enjoyable. The place has the fragrances of paradise and the comfort, style, class and charm of the true French Quarter. My massage, Manicure and Pedicure was a just what the doctor ordered. I will most certainly return to Ofadean. I highly recommend you check this place out and don’t just read reviews. By far one of the best I have experienced throughout the country.

Eclipse Spa/Balance has been bought out and the name is now "Ofadean SalonSpa". The place is gorgeous now. The staff is very friendly, they offer all salon/spa services. Full Aveda concepts salon, Aveda has a great philosophy and the products are wonderful. Ofadean is the nicest salon/spa in all of Louisiana, the facility is phenomenol. This is the best the place has ever been and it is growing more everyday. I would definately recommend going to Ofadean for the salon/spa service of your choice... you won't be disappointed.

Cons: none, it was a fabulous experience at Ofadean Salon/Spa

I don't know what happened here.A few years ago I came here for my wedding and had my whole family make appointments.We had hair makeup and nails.My make up was perfect and so was my hair.The girl that did my hair was blonde ,in her thirties and very professional.She really did a good job.I knew I was in good hands.I came back after the hurricane,to a very different place.Terrible service, unprofessional.It just wasn't the same.The staff they have now,doesn't compare to the people that were there during my wedding in 2001. Won't be back.

Went to get my hair and make up done for my bridal formals and had the worst experience ever!!! They scheduled me with a hair stylist who did not know how to do up-do's so she called another hair sylist in and he was so rude. He told me since its just pictures no one will see the back of my hair and put my hair in a bun. When I went to check out I asked if they were going to charge me full price for an up do and he said well of course! $65 for a bun? He was so rude to me. I am so glad it was my formals and not my wedding day. Horrible service!!!

This was the worst facial in my life. I was so needing a good bit to relax after a long flight. The technician was grumpy and may not have said 2 words to me. She did go in and out of the room a lot, and never even said what she was using on me. The front is not inviting, you walk into an empty foyer. Even their fruit infused water tasted spoiled.

Cons: poor customer service, felt cold

Beautiful decor, very pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff, and skilled technicians. I had a wonderful experience and received an excellent facial that revived my skin. My manicure and pedicure were the best I have ever received. All my services were delivered on time and I left feeling happy and relaxed. Will definitely return on my next trip to New Orleans. Recommend this spa highly!

This is an unsually wonderful salon open seven days a week! Love the building,location,staff and services! What a treat. They offer so much, it was hard to decide which services to get. So far I have had a facial, manicure and pedicure - all excellent. Organized and well managed. As a native New Orleanian, I sure plan to go back!

Everything about this spa is terrific--the skill of the technicians, the friendly & courteous staff, and the charming ambiance. I received a soothing facial that did wonders for my skin, and one of the best manicures and pedicures I have ever had. In addition, I had my hair done and was very pleased. My appointments were right on time, too. I can hardly wait to get back to New Orleans so I can go to Eclipse again, and I recommend it highly.

very chic all around i felt special and taken care of not just a client but a part of the family. The massage was the highlight.
