I had my childs 6th birthday party there. The food was great and the prices werent bad. But when you have a party there, they give you a party hostess to help you with your food and drinks. My party hostess was nice but did not know how to do her job. I had to go find her and tell her to refill my drinks and get more food, at least ten times. The worst part is, my party was all the way on the last lanes and she would hang out all the way by the first lanes, so i had to leave my party to go find her talking to this other young lady. this hostess made me soo mad and the managers were rite there and never made her come check on us. I had to keep going to ask another hostess. So i made sure i tipped that hostess and not my hostess. just ask the people when you call them you would like a decent hostess who likes to work and who will come check on you and keep close to your party, that way you dont have to miss your childs birthday.

It is a great place to go have fun at, during the day or at night. Birthday partys there are great. The kids love it and love to bowl especially when it was cosmic bowling. Great food and music even my adults loved it and got to bowl with the kids.

every time the ball goes in the gutter, it gets stuck... & where is someone to come get it out??? don't do it ur self cuz theres grease & u slip on ur butt! then the local harahan people all know each other so they get service b4 n e one else! some nights they tell u they can't even serve u.
Pros: its a place to bowl

Good bowling ally, good place for family or friends, only one like it around. its open tiol the fun stops! what more could you ask for ;)?

Colonial lanes,is a great place to have a childs birthday. They have tasty pizza,drinks & are always making sure your having a great time & always a great help. The hostess was wonderful,I would do it again!

I had a bad experience after having my son's 5th birthday party at Colonial Bowling Lanes. The customer service was horrible and the people working there are downright unfriendly. I definitely will not return to Colonial Bowling Lanes.
