Worst person I have ever dealt with...CHEATER..RACIAL DISCRIMNINATION AS WELL!

Had to live in one of his properties for a year: TERRIBLE! He would come in whenever he wanted without knocking on the doors. Threatened me many times. Also not nice to people who are NOT WHITE. Never gave deposit back even though got a professional cleaner to clean the place. I really hope nobody rents from him and his business fails.

Kept my security deposit even though my place was in perfect condition. Never, ever rent from him. He's an evil man and should be put out of business.

Honestly. Imagine that you have a property manager. Then suppose that this property manager most likely has an amphetamine addiction and a vile temper. Add a slight case of multiple personality disorder and holy s***, its Maurice! I am laughing now because I no longer have to deal with this lunatic, but IF YOU ARE THINKING OF RENTING FROM HIM, HONESTLYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY PLEASE RECONSIDER. HE WILL MAKE 12 MONTHS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!

• Pros: None
• Cons: I was spied on, lied to, verbally abused, his contract is a legal death trap, and his secretary is ridiculously rude! If you are young, they will try to take advantage of you!

Avoid Maurice at ALL costs!! Maurice is a terrible property manager, acts like a slum lord, is evil and mean. That pretty much sums him up. Do not lease one of his properties.

Maurice Guillot Property Management does not care about anyone. He threw us out with no explanation and said he does not have to give an explanation. Only gave 30 days and broke a lot of peoples heart. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN!!!!!
