This is a family owned and operated auto shop and they are AWSOME!! We've been taking our cars to them since we moved to New Orleans - I've never found a mechanic that I trusted so completely. They take the time to explain to you exactly what they are doing and why. One of the mechanics is the daughter of the owner, and they are really respectful of women. We recently needed to replace the timing belt on our VW - the estimate they gave us was well less than half that of any other estimate we'd received. Turns out it was over a hundred dollars too low. The mechanic who wrote it had underestimated the amount of time and labor it would take. Even at the adjusted amount, it would still have come in at far less than anyone else we'd talked to, but they did it anyway, only charged us the amount quoted in the estimate, and were incredibly gracious about the whole thing. Highly recommended. These guys (and women) are fantastic.
