A great find in the French Quarter

The courtyard is beautiful! There are so many varieties of plants and the path throughout the hotel is like a small fun labyrinth. The hotel room is very quaint. If you are looking for a hotel room that has new furniture and new bathroom fixtures then this place is not for you. But who goes to the French Quarter to stay in their hotel room all day anyway? The hotel room is clean and that's what mattered to me. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

• Pros: the courtyard, free parking, and service
• Cons: can be noisey

Great find in French Quarter, New Orlean

Hotel St. Pierre met our expectations for a quaint historic hotel in the center of the French Quarter. We visited over the French Quarter Festival and loved it! The staff was very helpful and rooms were clean and neat.

This is a great little hotel in a fabulous location -- and the place has a lot of character. We did have a slight problem with the plumbing (water pressure) but you find that can be a problem at any Quarter hotel. Although they advertise free parking you will most likely have to find something else because their tiny lot is always full. Also, since it's courtyard style you can hear people coming and going, which adds to the noise factor. Notwithstanding these little things, though, this hotel is my favorite and the staff are always wonderful.

• Cons: no parking, can be noisy, plumbing not the best
