Dog Friendly!!!

by CSMobileUser

Great local bar. Staff is extremely nice and this bar allows dog inside!!! Offers lots of different food and good selection of beer. Dogs must be kept on lease and well behaved. A must visit on every New Orleans trip!

hey we were there last week and go every few months - mixed crowd young & old, goth mainly, we had a great time playing pool

by flanmiller

hey again, well we go to N'awlins 3x a year now for many years and always go to Flanagan's as that is (my) last name and we have always been fascinated. Anyway Andy is the mgr or owner (not sure) and has always been more than accomodating when we want to buy Tshirts or just talk or whatever, anyway we were all so impressed w/him (Andy) that we always go back there.

OH MY GOD, the service!! See andy the bartender.

by chicagogirl75

Andy was an incredible bartender. Surely his SERVICE was exemplary. Definitely showed a girl from Chicago a great time. Can't wait to see him again. Absolutely worth the trip. Talk about hospitality.

An Irish Pub with Italian Food???

by phillycheesesteak

Just when you thought the French Quarter couldn't get any weirder.... Along comes Flanagan's Pub -- a real cool Irish pub -- with an attached Italian restaurant called Gigolo Gianni's. You can literally shoot pool and knock back a Guiness, while ordering a manicotti or muffaletta and tiramisu for dessert. Ya gotta love it!!!

  • Pros: excellent food, low prices, friendly staff
  • Cons: can't think of any!

Great place to hang out!

by vamptourgirl

Love the fireplace.... and the food. The new cafe kitchen is really fast and delicious. I was so stuffed that I couldn't quite finish my cheeseburger. The staff is amazingly friendly and they make it a lot of fun to hang out for hours!!!

  • Pros: low prices, friendly staff, great atmosphere

cheap, fast and tasty

by RockinPilot

What more could anyone ask for but cheap, fast, and tasty? My only let down was that the fireplace wasn't on when the wife & I were in town recently, but I guess it wasn't cold enough. I bet it's romantic when it's lit. Great place!

  • Pros: big screen tv, cheap prices, good pub food
  • Cons: fireplace wasn't lit

I remember going to this place when I was in New Orleans not too long ago and I really loved it. Very friendly and fun atmosphere. Very cool people hanging out. Good prices too. Not expensive like Bourbon Street.

  • Pros: quiet, fun, freindly
