The service was terrible and our food was cold. We were overcharged $25 on our account. I didn't sign for this amount. The tip of $27 was already charged to our total bill and then they add extra 25 which is a $52 tip for a $163 bill. He didn't even ask if we needed water when our glasses were clearly empty. I feel we were ripped off and consider what they did to be theft. I have the receipt and will be looking into charging who ever did this. I didn't sign for a $215 bill and I don't expect to be charged more then what I signed for.

Words can't describe how terrible our service was! We asked for one thing, got another. Being that it was valentines, we understood there was a lot of people, but there is no excuse for our waiter to tell us twice, once when ordering our dinner entree and once when we were going to order dessert, that we needed to rush our order so he can attend to a larger party that was arriving. Needless to say, We were VERY dissappointed in the service, or the lack thereof. OH, and sitting right next to the kitchen is just a bad idea for any restaurant. TOO NOISY
Pros: Can't think of one, Won't go back
Cons: , Poor Service

I had the pleasure of dining at Jazz Seafood & Steakhouse twice this past weekend and each time I ate there, everything was top notch. The first time I dined here I had the seafood platter and it was seasoned to perfection. As a matter of fact, the seafood platter was so good that I ended up ordering it again on my second visit. I also got to try their spicy and tasty crawfish. Another thumbs up! I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone who is in town visiting. It's only about 15 minutes from New Orleans and well worth the short drive!

Better than anything I've eaten in the French Quarter. The redfish was impeccably prepared.
Pros: Easy Access
Cons: Off the Beaten Path
