When I found out my mother was ill, I was devastated. The word hospice was terrifying to me and I just didn't want to believe it was all true. At first I didn't want to accept it, but Odyssey turned out to be the answer. From the first tear-filled call to her last moments, Odyssey was there providing support for my family and me. Its feels shameful to say but during the darkest moments, when it hurt to breathe and I could not be there for my mother, Odyssey could. I am eternally grateful.
Pros: Well educated staff, sincere interest, 24 hour availability to staff
