potato shack

by FOODFREAK at Citysearch

A off the road hidden A frame potato shack with the largest potato skins on the planet. One hugw skin that covers the entire plate. You can have them stuffed with everything but the kitchen sink.

Very Good Baked Potatoes

by NOLAFoodie at Citysearch

I think this is a little hidden gem. I am a potato freak. The potatoes are really great! The skins and fries, not so much. Great place for take out as well.

  • Pros: Great Baked Potatoes, Easy Parking, Rarely a Wait
  • Cons: The Place is Real Small, Potatoes are served Too Hot
5 Star Rating: Highly Recommended

Best Place To Eat

by reeseeLOVESit at Citysearch

I love Spudly's, been going there for about 15 years. It gets better everytime. I try to make my own spuds at my house and can never come close. I recommend the chicken tenders w/a potato or the hamburger w/a potato, or the crawfish spud, actually I recommend them all.

  • Pros: everything

Great Potatoes!

by jessie_lea at Citysearch

The potatoes are great. There's something for everyone here, from grandparents to kids. You can come in, sit down, and enjoy whatever you like. There's even smaller potatoes and potato skins if you think you can't eat the whole potato. And their soups are awesome! Burgers for people who don't want potatoes in your group, and take out if you don't want to sit. It's easygoing enough to sit and eat and do paperwork in there if you need to. (I've done it often enough, I should know.) Hopefully you'll try out one of the hole in the wall restaurants here in our city!

  • Pros: great food, small place
  • Cons: small place, not great for large groups
