I have two dogs who are patients at Banfield. We have used them for over 2-1/2 years, and they have never been anything but caring and concerned. The vets take the time to explain everything and answer any questions. They want to make certain that you understand everything that is going on with your animal. They return calls promptly and are happy to take time with you even if you don't have an appointment. The staff there is always courteous and cheerful and you can really tell that they love the animals they care for. We love Banfield!
Pros: Great service, great wellness plan, great hours, wonderful staff
Cons: None!
