Copeland's Social City is now Copeland's of New Orleans. The building has been remodeled since the water main break, to an even better concept... Copeland's of New Orleans, opening mid-February 2012

I love this place. I dined here with a group of friends during Mardi Gras...I was pleased that my wait was short and the service was good....the jazzy wings were awesome and the pasta dish I ordered was great. The only complaint is that we donkt have one where I live...LOL!!! I would definetely recommend it to my friends.

Average to say the least. The food was good, but the service was so slow. I waited almost a half-hour for a table, then the floor underneath the table was all sticky, so they had to move us and clean it. Then I couldn't get the waitress to refill my water glass if my life depended on it. It was just all around a frustrating experience.

Pretty good but not Copeland's best. I tried this place just because Cheesecake Bistro is my all-time favorite place and Copeland's original restaurant is delicious too. To be honest I was disappointed. the food was missing all his usual flair and the service was slow. still better than some but I would go to his other restaurants any day of the week

Better than expected. I wasn't sure what to expect of this restaurant, since Copeland's restaurants can be hot and cold, but I was pleasantly surprised. I went for the first time with some out of town friends and our dinner was great. I would definitely go back.

Avoid whenever you can. 1 waitress brought us 2 budlights by mistake so she said one was on the house but came back to our table to get the other budlight back. after we touched the bottle around where the hole is she took it back and then i told her she had to go throw it away well she told us that the manager made her come get it and we seen her bring it to another table. so what would have happen if he would have drank from both of them and didn't say anything. that made me question everything the whole night when they brought my food was it someone elses that they put on the table but made a mistake and took it back after they took a bite out of it? food tasted great but I wouldn't recomment it to anyone.

bad manners by management. this was my favorite restaurant because of the marinated crab claws and fried bowtie pasta but last night I was deeply disappointed in the way I was treated. I ordered a Sandy A@# and when I went to drink it I had something floating in it other than the pineapple so I asked the manager to come over and he stuck a straw in it and said it was something fried and it was nothing he could do for me, the waitress came over and offered a glass of water for a $10 drink. I said I didnt want it and he told me I was paying for it or he was calling the police on me. when i spoke to the GM he apologized for the beverage manager but they caused the waitress to pay for my drink because mow she doesnt get a tip. Her tip bought my drink so Thanks Ann for the wasted drink.

I have called all my friends in town and out of town to tell them not to dine here again because of my floating fried item in my favorite drink.

If you wish to get what they wish to give you. I went in with high expectations as the lines are long and it was told to me food was decent. We were finally called ,stuffed into area and left to figure out what we wanted. Manager finally decided we waited long enough so he walked over and asked if we wished something to drink. He sent waiter/waitress over to give us our order still no drinks .I ordered tea got coke Okay but the steak will make up for that minor mistake right? order medium well got grisle burnt outside raw inside But hey all in all the bill was brought right away .

Can't Say Enough. In my opinion, it is one of the best restaurants in Louisiana! and that is saying alot for a place with so many awesome restaurants! I lived there for 3 yrs and my wife is from there, and we always go to Copeland's when we visit, no doubt! The food is just always as good as it can be, portions are huge! they invented the blooming onion Outback! and wow, the crab claws, catfish acadiania, god...i'm starving now thinking about it! where is the concord to New Orleans! the one in Cary NC is not nearly as good as those in LA either! the one in rockville md is pretty good!!! enjoy!
