Quaint and Unique

13 is a quaint hidaway from the norm of everyday french quarter bars. Many locals frequent there so you know it has to be good. The Irish coffee is awsome and the food very unique, you gotta try a breakfast burrito they are excellent, as well as many other items on their menu and the desserts... to die for!
