Like a little bit of Barney's on Magazine Street, without the outrageous price tags. If you want a handbag that no one else has, go to Filly. The owner is a visual artist who has an impeccable eye for fashion and design. Looking for a striking, statement-making handbag? Whether it's an everyday bag for running errands or something more delicate for evening, Filly will have it. And no one else will. It's a welcome addition to Magazine Street and New Orleans itself. You'll see it in Filly before you see it in Lucky.
