I do not recommend this place. I've boarded my dog in five different places in the city, and she never came back smelly and dirty like she did when she boarded at nola animal clinic. She also came back thinner. I felt terrible for my dog. The facility is still in post-Katrina damage when I used their services. They recently moved to a temporary trailer but the dogs were still housed in the old facility. When the receptionist asked the technician to fetch my dog from the other facility, she shouted into the walkie talkie - "Spray some perfume on the dog before you bring it over."
Pros: None
Cons: Facility is stripped to the studs and has not been rebuilt since Katrina

Nola Animal Clinic is the cleanest veterinary facility I have ever been in. The staff are wonderful, caring people. When Katrina was imminent Dr. Rai took 13 animals that were being boarded with her to a safe place because the owners were unable to come and pick them up. The location of the animals was put on her website and eventually the pets and owners were reunited but for some of them it took a couple of months.
Pros: Clean, thorough, caring
Cons: None
