RUN AWAY FROM HERE!!! MADE MY WEDDING DAY EXTREMELY STRESSFUL & DISAPPOINTING!

This business is terrible - run away from here as fast as you can. I pre-paid for a wedding service, they didn't show up. Worse yet, 2 days later, I have not received an explanation AND they cannot refund my money, so I am contacting my credit card to take care of a refund. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. Avoid, avoid AVOID!

Bride had to walk to her wedding!!!

Guess I should have read the reviews before I hired this company for my son's wedding. The limo did not arrive and did not call and even explain. They were contacted several times the day before and we were assured they would be there. Needless to say the bride and her attendants had to walk to the wedding!! Think twice about calling this company!!!

Worst Service Ever

The "Luxury Sudan" had two holes on the windshield (They claim it was from rocks but it looked like BB gun shots) and dirty. When we arrived at airport, they were not there. They called and said they would be there in 15 minutes....took 50 minutes. Driver then claims tip was not included in price! I wrote to the company and they said they would look into why the limo was late and they didn't. I asked for a refund of the tip portion of the bill and they ingnored my emails. If you need a shuttle to the port, just buy the transfers with your cruise line. You'd be much better off!

LIMOUSINE SERVICE 'PERFECTO'

It's really hard to believe that this is the same Extreme Elegance that I used about a month ago. I confirmed a week in advance and gave them a couple of phone numbers for my contact info just in case. This was my anniverasay. I got to the airport, limo was there with the driver, and everything that i wanted, champagne roses. My ride back went perfect as well I know the driver knew he did a good job because i tipped him pretty good. I usually don't write reviews but when i saw negative stuff about extreme, it's hard to believe. I can see other companies at the airport downing them, competition. but why that person waited so long at the airport, an hour and a half! I guess he was looking for a freebee! I can't see this is the same Extreme Elegance. I will use them again!

GREAT EXPERIENCE

I booked Extreme for a birthday party celebration and a night on the town and I can't say enough good things. Our driver Bradely took care of our every want. The car was in tip top shape and we partied the night away in style. Thanks EXTREME for a memorable evening!

my reservation was confirmed a month prior to my arrival as well as on the day of the arrival, after we arrived at the airport, there was no show, we waited and waited until i finally had to call , they said they were coming, but still no show, after a hour of half, they said they are on its way, yeah right! we finally got a another limo from the airport. fyi, other people working at the airport told us that we are not the only people who have complained about their no-show repuation! DO NOT USE!
