don't bother. This restaurant is way overrated. It doesn't take reservations and there is always a long wait. The food was definitely not worth the wait.
Above average restaurant. Acme really packs them in on Friday and Saturday nights. Great atmosphere, really good oysters, cold beer, and the barbecue shrimp po-boy is borderline excellant. The fried fish is too thick though, for my taste. I do not understand why this restaurant has such a low rating. My wife and I have been to the veterans location half a dozen times, and love it.…
