Great location to French Quarter. Staff was very helpful and friendly!!! Needs a little TLC. Carpet, bedspreads, ect.. are worn. Not to the point we would not return. Rooms were small. Wouldnt want more than 2 in a room. Has refrigerator which is nice. They were not stingy with towels or coffee. They would benefit from a gift shop and a few more information packets for guests. All around comfortable stay. Seen worse and seen better.
