NEVER stay here. I arrived at this hotel with my two friends. We were in town for the weekend for a convention and picked Le Cirque for its location. There was a 3 night minimum stay, so althought we needed the room only friday and sat nights, we had to book thurs-sat nights for the minimum. We made sure to make it clear that we would not check in until friday night, and we were assured this was not a problem at all......When we arrived they informed us that they had our credit card # and reservation info... but that they had given away our room and were completely booked for the night. The desk worker Rebecca informed us that this happens sometimes due to an answering service the hotel uses which often causes miscommunications.

We were told that Rebecca would find us a room, no problem, no worries. (we would have waited in the bar... but be aware the bar is deserted... its closed and there are no plans to reopen it, according to the workers that night). After waiting over an HOUR in the lobby, we were told that Rebecca had called every hotel in New Orleans, and we had no where to go... but they could not help us anymore and wished us luck.

The staff then ignored us until we left the lobby after midnight to sleep in our car. They didn't even help us carry our bags to our car... but the valet sure kept his tip money for the car he never even parked!

The next day a worker named Jennifer called and told us the hotel was at no fault and we should be happy that they were not charging us for the room we never stayed in!

I'm from New Orleans originally and love to visit. I don't complain about things often, but this hotels horrendous service and unhelpful staff forces me to warn others! STAY ANYWHERE ELSE!

Great Stay. I enjoyed my three day weekend at Hotel Le Cirque. Slept great in a nice and cozy bed, love the boutique/art deco vibe found throughout the hotel. Clean and spot-free surfaces throughout (a plus for me). However, I never found any breakfast there, unless it had been in an area that I had not previously seen before. Love the valet parking, nice touch. Altogether, it was quite an experience. I give Hotel Le Cirque 2 thumbs up!!!

High-rise Museum District gem combines landmark locale and sophisticated atmosphere.. In Short
Somewhere between ultra-modern and art deco, this chic space takes its curving lines from historic Lee Circle and its architectural cues (neutral stone lounge, sunken seating areas) from a minimalist, artsy sense of design. The 137-room property is within walking distance of the Contemporary Art Center and the D-Day Museum; the streetcar line provides easy access to the French Qurter and Uptown. Notable amenities include Turkish cotton bathrobes and broadband internet access.

Cutting-Edge Fashion. Delightful new hotel in the best neighborhood in New Orleans, the Warehouse District. The building is edgy urban chic, and the bistro of the same name in the lobby is the best new restaurant in the city. Located next to both the Ogden Museum of Southern Art and the exceptional D-Day Museum. It's a short stroll to the hundreds of fashionable art galleries, shops, restaurants, bars, hotspots and beautiful people of the Warehouse District. Walking distance to the Quarter, convention center, casino, CBD, and Lower Garden District, plus the St. Charles Avenue Street Car stops right in front of the hotel, so you can get anywhere you'd want to go in New Orleans without ever getting in a car.

Not worth the time.... I decided to stay here because of the airline miles promotion that was running. Although the decor is interesting and modern, that is where the value ends. The rooms are small, and the hotel is well worn. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get the mandatory valet service to show up in less than 15 minutes, and the front desk couldn't care less. My cleaning service decided I didn't need any towels one night, and the next it was toilet paper. AC unit in the ceiling leaked a puddle on the floor the entire stay. NOISY AREA! I wanted to like this hotel and that is why I stayed more than one night, but ended up at the Crown Plaza for the rest of the week for the same price. Very disappointing and not in a very convenient area. Really too bad.
