Dirty store - "out to lunch" mentality. Shelves and items dirty sitting in pools of fluid. Overall shop very untidy. Staff obviously do not care about the job they are doing. Based on my impression of the front side of the business, this would be the last place I ever brought my car for service or parts. Cashier yaking on cell phone the whole time through my transaction. Never once greeted or asked if I needed assistance. Manny Moe and Jack would not be pleased!

Horrible, unhelpful. I bought the road hazard package for my tires from them. When I drove up for service I waited over 30 min for the guy to come register me at the desk and there were only two customers waiting in the lobby. Then it took him another 30 mins to tell me that they did not have the tires I needed and it'll be a week before he can get them in. I ended it up taking my car to their other location because the service guys were rude. Also, my driver's seat and door panel were all stained when I took it in for prior services. I pointed it out to him (dave...bad attitude) and he said oh well, accidents happen. What a punk!
