They KNOW Computers: Even Look and Talk Like It!!!. I brought my failed hard drive there that NO Laptops told me would require "FBI-level expertise" in order to have the data retrieved, but fa non-refundable fee of $500 was required to start the work.

I was up later that night, PO'd and disgusted because I knew it was bs and that the gentleman at NO Laptops was trying to make a payday off of me because WHO does not need their data retrieved from a malfunctioning hard drive.

I went on Craigslist and found THIS company that offered data retrieval for the LOWEST price in the NO area and on the web.

Fixit Computer diagnosed the issue and immediately started cloning my hard drive as I stood there at the counter.

It was not $500 as NO Laptops told me; it cost their basic data retrieval fee of a whopping $39!!!!!

A day later, I have my data on three disks and I now know of a great computer repair shop to send friends where the staff is honest and knowledgeable.

Every tech I dealt with sounded like someone skilled in the industry and communicated perfectly and not like an undercover salesman trying to upsell or over-hype a minor computer issue.
