Fantastic location at a great price. This place is an undiscovered gem. The location, right in the heart of the centrally-located Warehouse District, can't be beat by any hotel in New Orleans. The neighborhood around the hotel is urban mixed-residential: beautiful condos in renovated historic buildings with outstanding shops, restaurants, galleries and bars on the ground floors. You can walk to the Quarter, convention center, pretty much anywhere! An unbeatable bargain!

We'll be back. What a great place to stay. Clean rooms with a seperate living room area, fridge, microwave and two TV's. Only ten minutes walking distance from the French Quarter, Riverwalk and the French market. The staff was very friendly as well as helpful. We will return!
