I recently visited the Massage Envy in
New Orleans, and I must say I was very pleased! Everything from the scenery to the customer service was amazing when I arrived. Bella, (my therapist) was absolutely wonderful! I see her on a regular basis now and she has been able to work out all of my knots and discomforts!
I am now a regular member and NEVER miss my monthly appointments!!! Definitely recommend to EVERYONE!!!

This has been my spot for a little over a year now! Joel is my therapist & he really does a great job with my deep tissue sessions ... I'm obsessed with the Mint Rosemary Aroma upgrade & I get it EVERY single time! Everyone at the front desk calls me by name & I even got a little birthday candle for my birthday last month. A+ in my book!

I have visited Massage Envy Spa for my 51st birthday as a treat from my daughter and it was such an amazing experience. I received a massage with Mrs. Pamela and a facial with Ms. Bree both ladies were AMAZING!! Mrs. Pamela made sure I was very well taken care of during my massage she even gave me a extra 10 minutes to make sure I enjoyed my birthday. My facial with Ms.Bree was one of a kind she made sure I knew about everything that she was putting on my face so I can make sure I keep up with my skin at home. I signed up for a membership after my service because I loved it so much that I wanted to come back to visit every month and even invited some of my sisters who also signed up as well. I have seen Mr. Chris, Mr. Vernon, and Mrs. Brandie all who are fabulous therapists. When one isn't available I have these therapists to choose from. Ms. Bree is no longer there since she went back to school so I highly suggest to see Ms. Mercedes who is wonderful and well rounded. I do not regret anything about becoming a member at Massage Envy Uptown and recommends everyone to try out these therapists and esti. WONDERFUL PLACE AND GREAT SERVICE!!!

I am a frequently schedule massages at a few local spas in the city. A friend of mine was booking a session at this location; I was 'ify' about booking along with her; however, she told me it was $39 for one hour. So, I did! It was very clean & the girls at the front were inviting! They asked me if I would like some water or hot tea (like all the spas I have gone to). I must say I was instantly impressed by this because I was only spending $39. My session was with Bella; she was AMAZING! I felt relaxed & rejuvenated .... to be honest she was better than most therapist I had ever seen. I actually ended up signing up for a membership & have been back twice since my first experience ... I have been treated like a rockstar at every session. Best money I spend monthly!

So Relaxing!.
Massage Envy Spa Uptown, is my get away place! I feel so relaxed as soon as I walk through the doors! My therapist I usually see is Chris, and he has really been able to work on my back pains on each monthly visit!
On every visit everything goes smoothly, from the great staff when I'm checking in to when I am booking my next appointment! I recommend EVERYONE to go to the Uptown location, DEF get your moneys worth!

Workaholic = PAMPERED.
As a current member of Massage Envy, it is very nice to know that there are locations in every city I travel to. I have to travel for work 95% of my time, and being able to use my membership even for one hour out of every business trip makes it worth the money!
The girls at the front desk from this location made me feel like a star as soon as I walked in the door. It's nice to be able to feel at home, even in a strange city. I would HIGHLY recommend visiting this location when trying a spa!

hesitation turned to AMAZMENT& a New membership!. I'm an avid Massage & facial guru! I'm obsessed! After meeting a few peole at the ironman who said they frequently visit massage envy I decided to prebook a massage with the location on Tchoupitoulas. Now I have to admit that I called at the last minute so the time availabilities for the day I wanted were slim, but the young lady I spoke with was so inviting & I felt very thorough when trying to find out what my needs were. When I arrived The staff treated me like I had been going there for years! They ALL greeted me by name! I usuallyspend about $150 per massage & normally never get called by name much less treated like family. Very inviting! My session was with Vernon. I asked for a deep tissue as I was very sore from running, i would. Have paid $300 for the massage he gave me. I couldnt get over how great of a bargain I was getting! I signed up for their membership offer, I couldn't pass on it. Four days later I even got a thank you/welcome card from the young lady that assisted me on my first appointment. Impressed!

Best experience ever.
My kids recently bought me a Gift Card to Massage Envy. I must say after reading these review I was very hesitant, but of course I couldn't let the gift card go to waste. Going in for my appointment, the ladies at the front desk were super sweet, and very friendly. My therapist was Joel, and after my massage I didn't even want to get off the table!!!
His techniques were absolutely fabulous! Now I am a current member @ Massage Envy, and see Joel on a weekly basis, I would recommend anyone to go to Massage Envy Uptown, the staff is amazing, and I always leave happy!!!

Amazing value, great spa!. I have always enjoyed my experiences at ME... I was so happy to have this particular location open since it is so close to my house. I've been here countless times for services as well as just to pick up a birthday/holiday gifts since they sell some amazing product lines. I have a great rapport with the staff on hand and the therapists are very experienced. Definitely recommend people to check them out!
