Worst experience in 20 years. Been a loyal customer for 20 Took a friend to Covington store to show off my choice of best hamburger. They were small (at least 3oz. smaller than they used to be), cold, less toppings, salty and peppery at the same time. Fries were cold, too. Cheese never even melted on my burger. Never go back.
