the best. this store was wonderful my daughter is very picky. We went all over mandeville and ran across the red carpet Omg they had tons of dresses the sales staff was so professional and helpful and my daughter was styled to the nines . They put her in the dress the shoes the jewelry, she looked great even the other customers were giving favorable comments .....I highly recommend them they were great . I will finish with this she looked amazing last nite and had the best time and all her friend commented on how beautiful she looked . Thanks red carpet. We will be back

Red Carpet Mandeville - unfavorable review. Shopping at this store was the worse experience I have ever had. The staff both on the north and south shores are very unprofessional. The alterations staff are horrible. The $300 dress I bought was to be hemmed and taken in at the bodice. The hem was uneven and had strings hanging out of multiple areas. The bodice was taken in so much that my daughter could not even zip it up. The dress had grease stains all over it! I had to take it somewhere else (the day of the prom) to have it realtered and the bodice let out. The shop did reimburse me for the additional alterations & cleaning costs. After the prom, I brought the dress back to red carpet for the hem, hanger strap to be repaired, and for the dress to be recleaned. They said they would call when it was ready, they did not. When I went back to pick it up, the dress was rolled up in a shopping bag, needless to say it had not been cleaned. The hem was repaired but the hanger strap was not. They said they would have it recleaned and call me when it was ready, well, guess what, 10 days later, no call (surprise). I picked up the dress today - it still does not look like it was cleaned but I took it anyway and brought it directly to my cleaners and have my fingers crossed that the stains can be removed. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THE RED CARPET AGAIN!
