Best Sushi on the North Shore. The food is made to order unlike Hello Sushi (Baton Rouge). All the ingredients are fresh. If your roll isn't on the menu or you are in the mood to try something new, the owner will create anything you want. My favorites are the crunchy roll, the louisiana roll (spicy crawfish), rock and roll, and many more. I was getting sushi from little tokyo, but when TWIN moved I followed. Don't take my word for it. Try it and you will love it too.
