True hairstyling talent. Having color treated hair, I have certainly seen my fair share of stylists over the years. Some are excellent colorists but mediocre stylists; some are excellent stylists but terrible at color; some are mediocre at both, average at both, maybe even good at both. It is not often that you find TWO stylists who are truly great at both. When you get color and cut together, you spend several hours at the salon. The first thing one notices when meeting Kristen and Monique is the energy they project. I first met Kristen not long after her graduation from the Paul Mitchell school, and I immediately knew she was doing what she was meant to do. "Doing hair" is not just her job. It is evident in her infectious smile that she loves what she does. When I heard that Monique and Kristen were starting out on their own, there was no question whether I would follow. They are not your typical blue-haired-lady-beauty-shop girls. They are pure fun and I absolutely love hearing their stories...oh, to be young again. They do an excellent job of assessing the client's needs and wants, carefully communicating and asking questions to ensure your satisfaction. But their greatest strength, and this goes for BOTH Monique and Kristen, is their creativity. They get to know their client, and tailor the style to match the person. That is a gift only a truly spectacular stylist possesses, and 3 Phases has two. Although I have never left either of them unhappy with my end result, I am sure they would do whatever necessary to make me happy. They want you to love your hair, and you will. I think another thing that sets them apart is their constant quest to learn. Styles change, products change, methods change; these girls seek out opportunities to advance their skills and it shows. Loved the color!. I was highly impressed with the professionalism of both girls. They both are very young but very passionate. I had monique and absolutely loved the color of my hair. The shop was easy to get to and in a great location.

Incredible service. Never had my hair cut at a salon before, I usually stick to barber shops. But 3phases was great, I doubt I'll get my hair cut anywhere else from now on. If you need to get your hair cut uptown check it out.…

Just found my permanent stylist!!!. I will start off saying this, I am really not a good client. I am very picky about my hair and usually never satisified. I went to Monique and let me say this I just LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my hair. I am so glad I went. I love my color and my haircut. It feels so healthy. The last person to cut my hair really screwed it up and she fixed it. I thought it would be months that i would have to let it grow out but she made it work and she has my hair looking GREAT, plus I even got the feathers, and I really like those too. Thanks Moniquefor such a great job. Kristen thanks for doing my feathers!! These girls are both amazing at what they do, and I know will go big places with their career!! 3Phases for me from now on!!
