Wonderful experience. This is one of the best salons I have ever used. The skill level of all those who have helped me has been top notch. Meghan colors my hair and does an absolutely beautiful job and as a hairstylist, Ronda never fails to make me look my best.

The staff always makes sure you are comfortable and the hand massages when having your hair washed is a relaxing bonus.

I also love the fact that while they present you with an option to buy all the products used, they do not do a hard sell. But when I do need products the Aveda products they carry are wonderful.

Best salon experience. This was by far, the best experience (from beginning to end) that I have ever had at a salon! Great attention to even the littlest of details and everyone went above & beyond to provide excellent customer service.

They offer old-tyme, southern customer service with a modern twist and I cannot wait for my next appointment.

Fixed My hopeless hair!. I had been going to see Trang at Keith Noonan since I moved here from TX, and she helped take my straw like hair back to its healthy natural color. I hadn't done anything to it for 6 months I loved it so much! Since it was summer time and I had a gift certificate to a different salon, I made the mistake of trusting someone new with my healthy hair. I asked for highlights but got a bottle of bleach and yellow streaks instead. This caused my hair to turn bright orange! When I went back to that salon to give them an opportunity to fix it the salon owner said the orange was "normal" and I would have to live with it, and charged me AGAIN for some low lights. I went to Trang in tears and she was so awesome that she cancelled her lunch just to take care of my hair. She consulted her peers to make sure she had the right solution since my hair was so damaged at this point, and managed to turn the "normal" orange color into a beautiful auburn brown. My hair will hopefully be healthy enough for the highlights I wanted in about a month and I will never again make the mistake of going to anyone other than Trang at Keith Noonan. Thank you Trang!!
