I went into Ofadean to get my hair styled by Julie and was roughly told she was no longer there. I asked if anyone knew where she was and they got very rude with me. I left and thank God the quarter is small cause I hunted her down . She is at As You Like It Salon 1109 Royal and her number is 504-452-4631. Come to discover , they knew her contact info and is not very nice about giving it out. They lost a gem and their professionalism.
- Pros: none
- Cons: Julie is no longer there
Fantastic and Professional Service

Aftter 3 days in a convention during the day and Bourbon street at night my hair needed some love. My hotel (Astor Crown) recomended Ofadean to me and made an appointment. When I arrived they called me by name and in 5 minutes I was being pampered just as I needed.
The best hair wash, superb hair dry and a fantastic flat iron. My hair came out shiny, bouncy aqnd very straigth.
Beside all that the owner and all employees were very nice and professional. Ohh and the price very reasonable!!
Thanks Ofadean...Julie, great job!
- Pros: The best head wash and hair dry ever
- Cons: None during my visit
Amazing Massage Therapists, Excellent Atmosphere

I have had the pleasure of visiting Ofadean Salon and Spa twice during this past year and each visit was absolutely wonderful. The first was a surprise visit that my boyfriend had arranged. We were staying at a hotel around the corner and he sent me to the spa while he went to work. After an 80 minute Swedish massage from Valeri, I was so relaxed I could barely find my way back to the hotel. I have had several massages from different spas throughout the year, but none compare to that one and I have not been able to keep my mouth shut about my experience! This past weekend, we were in town for a football game and once again, I was treated to a surprise massage. We were running a bit late, but called ahead to let them know and they couldn't have been nicer or more accomodating. This time it was a Deep Tissuse massage from Brittney. Although it was intense at times, the massage was great and Brittney did a great job of mixing the "deep tissue" with a little relaxation as well. Afterwards, I certainly felt completely "tension-free."
I would highly recommend this spa to anyone staying in the New Orleans area, particularly in the Quarter as it is a wonderful retreat from the noise and people of this forever bustling city.
- Pros: Wonderful Ambience, Extremely friendly staff
