One Call had done some A/C and plumbing repairs and I was satisfied. Then I asked John, the owner, to install a back flow preventer and get a permit for a garden water meter. He installed the preventer and unfortunately I paid for the work and the permit when only the work was done. It is now almost 6 months and no permit. At first he had one excuse after another. Now he will not answer my calls. He has not returned my money even though he has not gotten the permit. My sole reason for the back flow preventer was to get the permit to lower my water bills.

I had these guys come out and service my AC this past Summer. They were very professional and considerate. They made an appointment with me for 1:00 PM but they were running a few minutes late. The One Call guy called me to let me know he would be about thirty minutes late. He arrived at my house a 1:25 PM. Once the work was completed, the bill was as estimated. Trust and considerate!!

I had John from One Call, install a entry light into my Mom s house the other day. He did a such great job that my Mom, who will complains about everything, was even happy. My boss at work recommended these guys and I have to agree, One Call is a top notch company.

Dependable. I saw these guys working in a Dollar General Store when I was shopping last week. I got their number off the truck when I was leaving the parking lot. I needed a fan/heater/light installed in my bathroom. I called and spoke to the owner John about a price. he gave me a price of $120 plu the parts. The tech's showed up at my house as scheduled. The installed the fixture and cleaned up after themselves. The priced was as promised. I thought customer service was gone but I guess there are still a companies that put the customer first.

Breath of fresh air. I called John the owner, with a problem

I had. He came out promptly and fixed my heater within an hour. Instead of just trying to sell me a whole new system, he fixed the problem, saving me money. I will definitely call him when I am ready to upgrade my system. Thanks John!

Awesome. My garage door stopped working so my neigbor recommended One Call. I spoke to Marie, I think she is the owner, and she had her guy out to my house within a few hours. The guys came over and fixed my garage door opener and cleaned up with in an hour. I could not tell they were even there. Great people

Angels in uniforms. I was out of town and my mother's AC broke in her house. I called and spoke to John, the owner, right at 5pm. I expected that they would go and fix my Mom's AC problem but not until the next day. Nope, I was wrong, he went personally to her house within the hour. He located some blown electrical switch and had my Mom's AC working before he left. WOW!! John with One Call deserves an award! Thanks John!!
