After years of nice service, unbelievably rude

My father, after years of using this company, had hired them again to clean his carpets. My parents have cigarette smoke allergies. The person who showed up wreaked of cigarette odor. When my father called to let the business owner know, his reply was that sometimes the workers do get sweaty. My father replied that he could tell the difference between body odor and cigarette smoke to which the business owner responded, "F*** YOU!, and hung up. Would never do business with. Not the best way to run a business in my opinion.
