A family-friendly chain offering creative variations on familiar Cajun standbys in a casual setting..
In Short
This namesake chain of prolific Louisiana restaurateur Al Copeland has spread quickly since its 1983 opening. The Southern-charmed interior is a plantation setting with rich wood trim against warm-colored walls. Office mates stop in for quick lunches, but families take advantage of the reasonably priced kids menu at dinner. Copeland's wide-ranging menu has traditional fare like hamburgers and chicken melts, but is known for Creole and Cajun dishes such as eggplant pirogue and blackened chicken.

Worst Service Ever.
It was my husbands birthday we ordered a meal for 2. We ordered it around 6pm and it would be about 20-30mins. We went to the curbside pick-up,waitied 40 minutes. We go into the resturant. We take our bag and it only contained one item he said "oh sorry it is going to take another 20 min." He went to get the manager who refunded the wrong amount and we waited while he fixed it agian. The worse part was that since the hurricane nothing is open past 7 p.m. so we where unable to eat. It was a horrible I hope this never happens tagian.
