WORST! Tony is horrible!. I hired this company during Tales of the Cocktail for a party I was doing. It took 6 calls before a really rude man named Tony called me back. Then he rushed the call, didn't listen to a word I said then sent a proposal with all the wrong stuff on it. The next call he was worst. I should have stopped right there but I didn't. Foolish! On set up day, a guy named Steve showed up. Talked so long about how bad Tony was, this went on for over an hour. WTF? Half of what I ordered was never put on the truck. Several trips later and nearly 2 minutes before my guests arrive, I am sweating and over it. I Left a message for the owner and never got a call back, it's been 6 months, still waiting. The only nice person was the women in the accounts department. Stay far away from this place. Since then I have used Event Rentals for everything! They are awesome!
