Excellent service and beautiful pieces of work. Fischer-Gambino is a wonderful place of business. I have gone to this shop on numerous occasions and every time I walk in the store I am greeted by one of their highly skilled staff members. The work in this shop is absolutely astonishing; I am in awe every time I walk in. Every piece of work is checked for imperfections and is given high attention to detail to assure perfection. Customer satisfaction is the most important objective to the owners. I have never gone unsatisfied with the attention to detail or admiration of the customers. Anyone who doesn't absolutely love the art work and fixtures in this store are crazy. I love this shop and I would 100% recommend this to anyone who is looking for elegant, perfect pieces to add to their homes.

GREAT LIGHTING. Patty was ready to assist me in every detail of my purchase and shipping the items. I certainly will return on my visits to New Orleans. It is businesses like these that makes this a great city.

Happy Customer. It was a great shopping experience from beginning to end. The saleslady was very helpful with helping me visualize what my chandelier would look like in my home. I will go back.

Awesome Chandeliers!!!. I had been looking everywhere for a chandelier to hang in my master bath. My house is 120 years old, so it was hard to find something that wasn't too modern and had an edge of the antique. I wasn't in the store 10 minutes before I had found the perfect chandelier for my bathroom. The staff was very knowledgeable about the product. I had it shipped to my house with no problems! It was a very pleasant experience! Thank you Fisher Gambino and Patti Fisher, the owner!!

Nothing but Problems with This Store and the Owner, Patty. This experience was UNIQUE because the merchandise looked great and promises were made that were not kept. I am an attorney and a judge. My wife and I spent over $20,000 in this shop a couple of years ago on 2 fountains that we were told cost more than they really did and when they arrived to our home one had a leak and the other was discolored. Owner made numerous promises that were all broken, misrepresented the terms of the sale, and claimed all items were sold "Without Refund-All Sales Final." Funny thing is nowhere in the store or on our receipt did it state "all sales final-no refunds." We tried to get them to exchange or refund our money and I even offered to pay shipping costs to return. No deal. The owner, Patty, lied and broke every promise she made to us. Finally, we had to file litigation for Deceptive Trade Practices against her store. When we proved that they bought these "custom fountains" that they claimed they had exclusively made for them at a discount warehouse in Irving (Dallas) Texas, the Texas judge made her come to Austin on our litigation. Then she settled with us and paid us $6,000 toward our damages for the defective fountains. Awful folks to deal with. I wouldn't spend a dime in this store. If you buy anything JUST REMEMBER WHAT THEY TOLD US AFTER WE TRIED TO RETURN THE DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: ALL SALES FINAL AND NO REFUNDS" THIS IS TRUE EVEN IF YOUR GOODS ARE DAMAGED OR BROKEN AND IT IS THEIR FAULT!!!!

Big Trouble with this store. WATCH OUT!. I recently visited New Orleans with my wife. we had a very good time, meeting lots of pleasant people. My wife spotted a lamp in the window of this store. we asked the price and were told 425.00 and that they would ship it anywhere. I called from home later that month and ordered the lamp (Which now was $525.00) for a surprise christmas present. Opening it on Christmas morning my wife's face lit up until we saw that the lamp was broken. The lamp had been extremely poorly packed for shippinig. It was wrapped in a thin filmy substance, no popcorn or bubblewrap and shipped in a cardboard box. Of course it broke.

Calling the store I was told "No Problem, we will take it back and refund your money." That was four weeks ago. Every time I call I get a new song and dance ranging from "we do the credits by mail" to "the money will be refunded by the end of the week" (2 weeks ago). I am in the process of trying to get my money back through my bank and my attorney.

What a pain this has been. The one lady told my wife something to the effect of "We don't like you Northerners and we ain't paying you a cent" This place i s a very shady business that I want to warn EVERYBODY = STAY AWAY THEY ARE STILL FIGHTING THE CIVIL WAR!!! Be very wary of them.

Hopefully I will grt my money backl. I have bought countless things over the phone, through ebay, online catalogues, etc... NEVER HAVE I EXPERIENCED THE LEVEL OF IGNORANCE,RUDENESS, AND OUTRIGHT LYING THAT THIS PLACE HAS PUT MY WIFE AND ME THROUGH. I hope they go oyut of business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
