Phenomenal! There is a reason Brennan's
is a mainstay. The atmosphere romantic, exemplary service, beautiful food. Turtle soup, frog legs, redfish, peppercorn ribeye & bananas foster. A meal I will never forget.

Had brunch here on a recent to NOLA in
October. Loved the food, service was impeccable. Nothing to complain about with this trip. Yes, it's old school in every way, but that's the point of a place like this. New, fancy, and hip isn't their thing.

Originated at Brennan's ...it is a must
have! Can't say enough about the service in NOLA. Unparalleled! We went for breakfast. The eggs benedict are amazing. The turtle soup was not my favorite. NOLA loves their tomatoes, as it is the fruit of NOLA. Many of their rues are too tomatoe-y. Me no likey. OTherwise, the experience was great!

Loved this spot, best formal dinner we
had on the trip. A little pricey and worth every penny. Home of Banana's Foster, a must have.

I don't give out that many five star
reviews anymore, but for one of the best meals and experiences we've ever had? So earned.
We went in for brunch at 2pm. The waitstaff were all friendly and extremely professional.
I started with a mimosa at the bar. It was huge with good quality fresh orange juice, champagne and a strawberry garnish.
We moved to our table overlooking the courtyard and contemplated the three-course brunch options. I landed on turtle soup, the Eggs Ellen, and an Irish coffee. I don't do poached eggs and they were kind enough to scramble them for me and leave off the Hollandaise sauce. Everything was delicious, especially the rich and meaty turtle soup with sherry.
My husband had the Bananas Foster. The chef made a little show of setting it on fire and it was delicious.
Their selection of egg dishes and variations is about two dozen, truly mind blowing combinations of fresh and creative dishes.

I wanted to write and thank you for
providing such a wonderful setting combined with excellent service and hospitality. My fiance proposed in your courtyard last month. It was such a wonderful place we are wanting to inquire about wedding options at Brennan's. Best regards.

It was lovely. Thank you so much. Of
all the events revolving around the wedding I believe Brennan's was the best - food, service & atmosphere. The salmon was excellent!

You can't go wrong with any of the
Brennan's family restaurants as they really have the art of restaurants and hospitality down to the letter. As soon as you enter this beautiful restaurant you feel the true beauty of the French Quarter tempting all the culinary desires. The coffee, Eggs Sardou, and Eggs Benedict are excellent. A must have:
BANANAS FOSTER.
A Brennan Creation and now World-Famous. Bananas
sautéed in butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and banana liqueur, then flamed in rum. Served over vanilla ice cream. Scandalously Delicious!

Many people claim that Brennan's is a
tourist trap, but I disagree. I've eaten here several times and I've never been disappointed. I agree that brunch is quite pricy (around $100 for two people), but it's good. However, I actually prefer dinner there over brunch. My favorite thing on the menu is the Filet Stanley -- prime filet of beef with horseradish cream and curried sauteed bananas. Sounds strange, but it's excellent. Not to mention that Brennan's has the best dessert in the entire world, Bananas Foster. The Crepes Fitzgerald aren't far behind.
