The absolute BEST food anywhere..... I have frequented the Bon Ton for over 30 years. I started going there with my father when I was in high school. The food gets better and better and the service is unmatched. For a real New Orleans experience, have lunch or dinner there. Tourist, make it a point to visit this restaurant, there is truly none better in the entire city. That include the high priced tourist restaurants which tourist seem to flock to. Bon Ton is a true locals hang out and if you are not familiar with Poydras and Magazine Streets, you will need to ask directions. You will glad you ate there and will go back for more.

Local's Gem. Class New Orleans style. Very good food and service. Will provide a receipt card if asked. What Captain's Table claims to be.
