expensive but good. Having Popeye's is not an everyday treat. You've got to do it once in a while. For vegetarians, it tastes better in New Orleans than anywhere else. The red-beans and rice and fries are worth giving up some other fast food joint, the biscuits are what do you in if you're on a diet, but they're so good. This Canal street location is quite clean, plays NO music and is spacious.…
