Customer service takes bad and makes it worse.
I took a bite of cheesy bread tonight and in fact bit into a small hard translucent piece of material. If I had to guess, I would say it was a slightly melted piece of plastic.
When I called the store to let them know, the woman I spoke to offered to send me a new cheesy bread but I really didn't NEED a new bread. It was small, I didn't think there were others, and I didn't need more food (besides, why give the deliveryman a hassle? It's not his fault). I said no thank you, and just said I wanted to let them know.
She said okay and hung up.
It was a bad situation, but a simple apology or an offer of a refund could have saved it. Instead, poor customer service took that bad situation and made it so much worse. If I ever do order Domino's again (and who am I kidding, I probably will), it certainly won't be from this location.
i had a great experience - many of them actually. i order all the time - especially now that they have the 2 med 2 topping pizzas for 5.99 each - thats cheap. and i really like the new pizza - i dont know what they are doing differently but the sh!t is good. i live close and there always fast - maybe an hour if you order on a friday or sat night but what do you expect.
Dominos on Tchoup a joke. My experience with this Dominos tonight was absolutely terrible, I will never order from Dominos again. Wow, where do i start? I orders one , 3 topping pizza at 8:25pm. No one asked my phonenumber, payment method, etc, just took the order and my address. I was told 30 minutes, and i live 3 blocks away. After 45 minutes i called back and was told the driver called my phone 3 times. I hadnt missed any calls. Turns out they were dialing the wrong number because their initial procedure for incoming calls sucked. I asked who i was speaking with, and the ignorant black girl with terrible ebonics identified herself as "brittany" and as the manager. turns out her name is Hermeika, she was rude, ignorant, and a terrible representation of Dominos. what kind of dumb bitch lies to a customer about her name and poisiton???> She lied and embarrassed this business, messed up my order, it was a disaster.The pizza finally arrived an hour and a half later cold.I called back in and a real professional named Herman helped me out who represented the company well. This whole operation at this location is a joke. Dont eat here, Dominos should be embaraased to employ anyone but Herman and the Delivery Driver who was just given bad info. The rest of these baffoons should be sent back to elementary school.

The service is rude, I was hungry but my appetite was over after being talked to with a Negro American bad accent that I could not come to understand, when finally finished placing the order for 20 people in our business she hung up on me without taking note of the adress or letting me know how much it would cost me or asking me if I had coupons which I had. When calling her back she got mad and hung up again? What's wrong with these people today? Domino's should make an effort hiring well spoken friendly people!!!
gotta love domino's. I have always found Domino's to be a good pizza. And the pizza always comes with customer satisfaction. And great prices, and specials. If you are not satisfied for any reason, Domino's will do whatever it takes to make you happy. And of course, I love the pizza!!!
