do not stay here. This is my first time writing a review and I felt I had to because of the horrible experience I had at the Westin on Iberville. the first room I was placed in had a flooded bathroom from a burst water pipe. There were stains on the floor and furniture. the second room had stains on the floor and furniture as well. the shower head was almost out of the wall. The furniture in the lobby was also full of stains. They also charged me twice for the same hotel stay. their excuse was that they took over this hotel and were renovating. They did comp me for one night's stay. I still wouldn't return. You expect a certain level from the Westin, this is not like any of the other Westins I have used before.
