Best Gumbo I ever had!!. This is one great truck stop grill. While we didn't have time for the formal buffet, we did have time and money to enter the grill area. We were greated by a staff of very friendly employees, who couldn't wait to brag about the Gumbo. My husband being a retired Navy man had tried many Gumbos, this would be my first. I am now hooked on Gumbo and he's said it's the best he ever had! We promise to spread the work on this hidden grill at a welcome truck stop!

Please keep up the warm welcomes and great Gumbo, we will be back the next time our truck has to go through I-10!!
