THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX IS GHETTO , THEY
WILL TOW YOUR CAR AT 3 AM EVEN IF THE PARKING SPOTS ARE CONFUSING WHICH THEY ARE FROM RESIDENTS. LOUD MUSIC , FIGHTS AND ROACHES IN THE COMPLEX HEED THE WARNING TO NOT MOVE HERE ITS NO PLACE TO RAISE YOUR KIDS. I EVEN HAD A STRANGE GUY KNOCK ON MY DOOR AT 3 A.M HE WAS DRUNK. I STILL DON'T' KNOW WHO HE IS. THE PROPERTY MANAGER JANICE IS ABOUT AS RUDE AS YOU CAN BE AND WILL HANG UP IN YOUR FACE AND WILL NEVER CALL YOU BACK.

I Have lived here since Hurricane Katrina and i must say that this is a very nice place to call home. I have never had a problem with the Manager nor the staff, everybody is friendly and the manager will help you if ever your in need. I think the problem with most tenants and people in general are that they don't adapt well to changes; new rules have been set out and lots of people are upset at the changes. But all in all who doesn't want to live in a safe environment. I love the new changes being made to Bern Mas apts and i applaud the manager on being able to turn things around for us all! If you are looking for a great place that is safe this is your place. come see for yourself and don't just trust our words, because you have to know that anger post come from the wrong place. So check it out for yourself. Thanks For Reading!

‼DON'T MOVE THERE‼. THIS HAS TO BE THE MOST GHETT0 APARTMENT IN EASTERN NEW ORLEANS‼ THE RESIDENT ARE STRAIGHT "HOOD" THERE IS ALWAYS SOMEONE FIGHTING. THERE IS A NEIGHBOR THERE NAMED SHANTELL & LYNETTE THEY HAVE TO BE THE LOUDEST MOST COMMON WOMEN IN THE APARTMENTS...DON'T MOVE THERE THE WALLS ARE PAPER THIN, THE APARTMENT MANAGER MANAGES NOTHING BUT THE RENT...DON'T MOVE THERE HEED THE WARNING. THIS IS NO PLACE TO RAISE YOUR CHILDREN. THEY HAVE R0ACHES EVEN IF YOU ARE CLEAN YOUR APARTMENT HAS R0ACHES...THEY TOW YOUR VECHILES AT NIGHT. YEAH THE COMMUNITY IS GATED BUT THE ONLY THING BEHIND THOSE GATES ARE GHETT0 UNEDUCATED PEOPLE...NOT ALL NEIGHBORS ARE BAD BUT FOR THE MOST PART ALL NEIGHBORS ARE GHETT0. OMG PLEASE HEED THE WARNING.
