I orginally posted a negative review of Bicycle World of Louisiana.

I went back to Bicycle World of New Orleans this morning for an accessory and was pleasantly suprised by the service.

I give it an average at this point.

Horrible Service

I stopped by here awhile back to get a part I needed for a broken bike. They told me that i not only did not know what I was talking about, i needed to bring it by for their experts to fix my bike for me. So I drove myself to another local bike shop and picked up the part for under 10$ and screwed it onto my bike. Took me less than hour and it has worked perfectly ever since.

I don't know how long or how much it would have cost for these guys to fix my bike for me and don't care to find out. Avoid at all costs, unless of course you like being treated like trash.

• Pros: None I can think of.
• Cons: Lousy service. Rude, incompetent staff.
