Great Red Beans.
This was my first time at Weaver's Po Boy Sandwiches.
It is a small comfortable sandwich shop with hot lunches and serves breakfast too. It also has a canopy that you can dine outside if you like.
Anyway, I got the red beans w/sausage( only served on Mondays, i asked). They are great. The best I have found in any New Orleans restaurant. The are as good as Popeyes but, they taste home cooked. Full of flavor.
