Does not pay sub contractors. If you do work for Michael Talen at Talen's nursery be sure to get all your money before you do the work. He wont pay me for work I did and will not return calls. People that work for him told me he doesnt pay his sub contractors, too bad they told me after I did the work

Terrible service, does not return calls, do not come out at agreed times. Terrible service, does not return calls, does not come out at agreed times. I have tried to get a call back for two weeks about a dead plant that is under warrenty to no avail.

Talen"s did not perform work as agreed. During installation of pavers on my paito I asked them to enlarge the patio, Talen's did and gave me a break on the price for the addition, but forgot to place a border around the paito. When I asked about the border I was given an excuse that I was out of town and they wanted to ask me about it. I did not get a call on my cell phone!! The owner made a decision on my behalf w/o my input. WRONG DECISION. When I asked to have my border installed I was told I would have to pay extra for it. Caught between a rock and a hard place I agreed to pay between $200 and $300 extra for the border and gave them my final payment. HAVENT SEEN OR HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE-GOOD LUCK
