Fox & Hound English Pub-Grille

Terrible Service. The worst service I have seen in a long time. Visited twice within the last month. First time, food was good , but the waitress seemed to be as if she was at a funeral. So, I gave them another chance thinking it was just an isolated incident. Second time, I ordered boneless wings and I just knew I would loose a tooth because the wings were so hard. I never had wings like that before, so I told the not so friendly waitress and she said, " yeah, sometimes they come out like that." I couldn't believe she didn't take the opportunity to make it right. Both times I had problems getting refills on drinks at my table. I don't like spending money at a place that makes me feel unwanted.…

Aweful!!!!. my experience at fox and the hound was the worse!!! i will never go back. to start the pricces for drinks are pretty high. then another customer had a problem with their bill. well from the way that the managers handled it well the whole restaurant knew about it. and to top it off the language coming out of both the manager's and the customer's mouths was terrible!!! i mean really, the management is terrible!!! no apologies to the remaining customers, which wasnt many for the lovely display they just gave everyone. i will never go back and i dont recommend it to anyone!!!…
