awful customer service.... Aweful service!

I live in Lakeview, I called them back about a problem that happened with the unit they cleaned and they were not only were rude but didnt understand basic a/c terminology. Just sad. They used to be good when they were under better management years ago. When i spoke to the head guy there he actually told me that he has a lot of business and didn't have to worry about me. Let us be fair...where I work we are allowed to think that but never dare say that to a customer. Never!, no matter how insignificant you think that customers problems are. I loved the fact that while you wait on the phone you hear a recording telling you about great customer service. But, sadly, the only great customer service i recieved was from another a/c company.

Who ya gonna call? ...SOMEONE ELSE!

Excellent service. Prompt service!

I called on a Sunday and left a message to schedule and by Monday at 9am my A/C was fixed! Courteous!
