New Orlean's Best haircut. As a guy, I usually feel somewhat alienated in nice salons. But this place is awesome, they offer you a drink when you walk in, give you a full consultation for your cut, and then do a great job with just the right amount of chatter. They also use better products than most salons (KMS) at this price (only $25 for shampoo/cut). I've been going here for 5 years and have always had a great cut. Go here before going to that place across the street (you know the one).

new location beautiful. Cuttin loose has moved to a new location and it is so beautiful! 7927 maple street just 2 buildings from the old one going towards carrollton. They have GOLDWELL which is a wonderful german line. go check cuttin loose out you will be amazed!

best color and cut. I just went to cuttin loose for the first time and i am so pleased with the service and my cut and color. I feel that the girl really listened to me and made me look beautiful. i am so happy with them that i will definetly tell all my friends and family.THANK YOU CUTTIN LOOSE

best updos in town. i have always had problems in the past when i would get a updo BUT there is a stylist by the name of anne kirsch at cuttin loose that does awesome updos for any event. She also does lots of weddings she even goes to the location. I have had 2 other girls do updos also that work there and the are great aswell. check these girls out they are amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bad Haircut. I received the worst haircut that I've had in a while at this place. I was getting a simple trim with minimal layers. I thought it looked o.k. at first from the front but the stylist did not offer to let me see it from the back with a hand mirror or anything. I got home and realized (from analyzing it myself to others noticing) that she added high layers on the right side in the back but not on the left. She did not do what I asked her to do and my hair looks lopsided. I'm wondering if she knew she made a mistake and did not correct it--or bother to tell me-- or simply did not cut hair well. Also, I felt deceived when it came time to pay because I was told one price on the phone but charged another.

Amazing hair and people!!!!. I LOVE this place and highly highly recomned it to everyone. I have been going here for years and always get complements on my color (blonde). I moved away from NOLA for a while and would wait to get my hair done until the next time I visisted. The people who work here are great at what they do and fun to be around. Come here if you want your hair to look amazing!

Bad experience. I received a bad hair cut and color. It was just terrible and friends notice. What happened to your hair? Get your money back!-everyone was telling me this. When I showed up for my redo, the owner blamed me for the bad cut and the color. I was stunned. I do not need to deal with problematic service and people-I'll go elsewhere. Oh, they did not give me back my money and I have a redo appointment elsewhere this week!
