pizza made from scratch.
it's simple, pizza made from scratch will always likely taste amazing, and will always be cheapest. best pizza in new orleans, fast delivery but maybe a bit understaffed, so when it's busy as hell, you're going to wait. and as far as interaction with the employees over the phone and what not, they may come off a bit rude save for the owner himself; they're not the most people oriented staff. I know all this, I work there :)

Rudest Service Ever. So-so pizza, tough chicken. HORRIBLE service. The rudest I have ever encountered. Very un-NOLA. Total waste. Go to Nino's instead.

The nicest delivery service around. I have never met nicer delivery people. The pizza is incredible with a bunch of "twofer" deals available. A great deal. Delivery is quick and always friendly. They're closed on Mondays.

Roman is da bomb.
Ok, i give this place ambiance of 10 'cause when u drive by, it looks like a military bunker capable of surviving a nuclear attack. So, don't fret,because when the bullets start flyin' in the ghetto, Roman will keep on keepin' on.
The food is fabulous. If you're hungover, it tastes even better. There's enough grease in the sandwiches to clog an elephant's artery. So, pick-up a menu and go on a pizza bender -- you'll surely slip into a food coma after digesting this hearty fare.

Great Delivery Pizza. Those who like Roman Pizza are diehards. Their spinach pie is excellent. The crust is sorta thin, but not in the sense of chain places like Dominos or Pizza Hut. The sandwiches are pretty good, too. Delivery is quick, but this place is delivery or takeout only. It's basically a metal box that tasty pizza comes out of.
