The staff is awsome, the food is fresh, our organization eats there once a week!. My co-workers and I eat there at least once a week. Our waitress always remembers what we order. The lite side is exactly that, lite and is always consistantly tastfull. The entire staff is like family.
Worst dining experience I ever had in Slidell.
Leila, the waitress failed to get us silverware. We had to get our own Peanuts & Napkins. She looked the other way to avoid making eye contact because she didn't want to help us. After 45 minutes we were finally
offered drink refills. My daughter asked for cocktail sauce for her seafood meal twice. It was brought out only as we were leaving. We own a business in Slidell and we hear about the bad service at O'Henry's but usually we don't have this bad of service. One one my children is a server at another local restaurant. He was astonished at the effort Leila made to avoid us. I believe she knew their was a built in tip on the b-day special and figured why even try???
BEST HAMBURGERS!. everyone says that port of call has the best hamburgers in new orleans! I DISAGREE! i am quite the connosieur, and my favourite is O'Henry's burger, loaded, with everything on it! cheddar, bacon, sauteed mushrooms, bbq sauce! EVERYTHING! it's a very relaxed atmosphere. a decent university crowd, but also locals and familys. it's a really fun spot, central to several other fun places, like GBs and madigan's!
